This collection began as a social observation in response to the growing Covid-19 global pandemic in 2020. Many countries across the world were plunged into lockdown and people were understandably panicking as so many people were dying. The media was filled with news of people stockpiling tinned foods and toilet paper and going to some quite extreme measures to protect themselves and their families.
This collection is a take on the "Keep Calm & Carry On" posters that were produced by the British government ahead of World War II to boost morale at a time of great threat.
Later pieces in this collection see Szabotage inject more of his cheeky humour into his designs which reflected the need to bring a bit of cheer into a world struggling to live with the pandemic as it continued.
